Naruto Outfits and Character Custom [OPEN]

For normal outfits commission:  Custom Outfit-OPENNaruto Outfits and Character Custom: 
200-500 points for one custom outfit. 
Price will be told once sketch is sent.

-Once confirm, I will tell you where to make payment (donation pool/commission widget)
-WIPs will be sent to ensure satisfaction.
-Edits will not be made once I upload the custom, make sure to tell me where do you want me to edit when WIP is sent.
-I have the right to decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with or I feel that it is too difficult for me.
-I will start once I receive payment. You can check the progress of your commission on my page.
-Absolutely, no refunds. Unless I fail to complete your commission, then I will give you a refund.
